Instead of stocking up on junk food and candy, you can choose to load up on healthy alternatives such as sandwiches, fresh fruit and the like. Finally, aim to do a bit of exercise every day even when you are traveling. For instance, you can opt to climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator in your hotel. You can also try walking short distances instead of taking public transportation.
